We understand that our clients have concerns over potential penalties and how such offences can impact on their personal life. We can minimise the impact of criminal allegations.
In addition we are sensitive to our clients needs of confidentiality and prompt action. We provide a discreet service in all forms of criminal related activity including drink driving offences, traffic offences, drug related offences, fraud, violent offences / domestic disputes, or more serious offences.
We provide cost effective representation in the Youth Court, Magistrates' Court, District and Supreme Courts, and Courts of Appeal. We can also assist clients who have a need to access any of the diversionary court including drug court, mental health court, and Nunga court.
