Wills
A Will is a document which expresses your wishes to be actioned after your death. It should appoint one or more Executors who will ensure that your wishes are carried out. It is important that a Will is worded correctly to ensure that your wishes are carried out exactly as you have planned them. If you do not make a Will then Government Legislation decides who will receive your assets.
